Add My Family

If you would like to be included in the Family to Family Directory, please complete the questions below and send an email to me (Allison Martin at 5martin@bellsouth.net). Put FCV Family to Family in your subject line. There are two sets of questions: for parents who are in the adoption process or parents whose children have arrived home.

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and information up to date. Once you are home with your child (wonderful!) complete the information for the Children Home section and I will move your entry.

You also may wish to subscribe to Chao Ban Vietnam Adoption newsletter, the print newsletter for Vietnam adoptive families. Our newsletter brings you relevant and helpful Vietnam adoption information, news and resources that you can use today, and for years to come. Parents-to-be will want to start their subscription now! Enjoy indepth articles on adoption, parenting and Vietnamese culture; reviews of new books and resources; updates on adoption and Vietnam news and culture camp events; plus fun Vietnamese cultural activities for your family (including Vietnamese recipes and childrens' activities).

If you are In the Process of Adopting Your Child, please include the following information:

• E-mail address and Name(s) (let me know if you only want to list your last initial)
• Your child’s name or sex of child you are "requesting."
• Your child’s birth date (if applicable).
• Place they are currently living in (ie. which province).
• The adoption agency you are using.
• When you expect to travel.
• Any extra comments (i.e., second child, sibling group, special needs, feelings, where you are in the process, etc).

If your Child is Home, please include the following information:

• E-mail address and Name(s) (let me know if you only want to list your last initial)
• Your child’s (new) name
• Your child’s birth date
• Your child's age at adoption
• Date of adoption
• The adoption agency you used
• Name of orphanage/City of adoption/Province of adoption
• Any extra comments (i.e., feelings, special needs, type of contact wanted, etc).
